Northeast China's Jilin province has been promoting a healthy environment for the growth of its kids, organizing lectures, and reading activities and helping young folks to avoid harmful publications, as well as providing information to boost overall safety awareness, according to local media reports.

Cities and other places in the province are using LED screens and display boards. They are also distributing publicity materials to circulate legal info and are helping to educate kids using audio-visual products, books and electronic publications.
