The province is set to host the 14th China-Northeast Asia Expo, or CNEA, this year.
This will aim to boost the overall planning of the expo, maximize the overall layout of the event and highlight the resource advantages and industrial characteristics of Jilin. Economic and trade forum activities will be organized during the CNEA.
Plans are for Jilin province to organize for its enterprises and government departments to participate in such activities as the China International Supply Chain Expo, the Global Trade and Investment Promotion Summit, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Construction Business Summit and the Global Business Law Conference.
Two major economic and trade activities are scheduled to open in the province - the World Cold Region Ice and Snow Economy Conference and the Multinational Corporation Jilin Tour.
Cooperation between Jilin province and CCPIT is expected to be further strengthened, as well as boosted with the signing of strategic cooperation agreements between the provincial government and the council.
In addition, Jilin is expected to optimize its business environment, improve commercial legal services, establish an application-oriented think tank, further strengthen the construction of the Jilin International Chamber of Commerce and help boost its rural revitalization.
