Auto giant China FAW Group opened its Innovation Showcase and Pioneer Culture Exhibition on July 15 – marking the start of the sixth Hongqi Carnival – at this year's Changchun International Auto Expo.

The ongoing 21st China Changchun International Auto Expo opened in Changchun, Jilin province on July 13 – with visitors pouring in to catch the very latest in auto developments and action. The 10-day event features 124 exhibitors and 1,100 vehicles.

Over the years, FAW is widely said to have made significant strides in its reform and development – attributed to the dedication and initiative of its employees.

The Innovation Showcase is a marketing platform that highlights FAW's achievements in fostering new productive capabilities and its commitment to becoming a world-class enterprise.

The Pioneer Culture Exhibition, meanwhile, celebrates FAW's 71-year history, honoring its heritage and inspiring future progress.

The Hongqi Carnival, now in its sixth edition, has become a high-profile mechanism for showcasing FAW's development milestones. This year's event features 17 activities focused on innovation, brand promotion, product technology, ecosystem collaboration and cultural heritage.

The company says these activities aim to create a dynamic atmosphere of transformation and cooperation, reflecting FAW's dedication to its mission and future growth.
