Wang Jinjie has been a dedicated worker at Siping Junlebao Dairy Co since 2016. Her role involves quality control and monitoring the production process of dairy products, with a focus on ensuring safety standards.

Wang is highly regarded for her meticulous approach to work, always ensuring that data and processes are followed rigorously. She actively shares her technical knowledge with her colleagues, believing teamwork and collaboration are key to improving product quality and service.

 Over the years, Wang has led her team in ensuring the quality and safety of dairy products, particularly in yogurt production, helping the company achieve high customer satisfaction rates. Her leadership and commitment to excellence have earned her recognition within the company.

Wang Jinjie's passion for improving the lives of others extends beyond her work at the dairy company. In 2024, as a deputy to the National People's Congress (NPC), Wang's sense of responsibility grew even stronger. During the national two sessions, she submitted a motion to improve fire safety and regulate fire lanes in residential areas. Relevant departments acknowledged her and quickly implemented her suggestions.

This year, her suggestions focus on advancing the development of comprehensive mediation centers, aiming to create a more efficient and accessible platform for resolving conflicts and challenges.
