The 63rd Higher Education Expo China (HEEC), co-hosted by the China Association of Higher Education and Jilin University, will be held from May 23 to 25 in Changchun, capital of Northeast China's Jilin province, according to a themed news conference held on April 22.

This year, HEEC will transition to an annual event after decades of being held biannually.

Over the past 33 years, the Higher Education Expo China (HEEC) has been held in 25 cities nationwide, with 62 editions. It has become a comprehensive and influential higher education brand event – an important window showcasing China's achievements in higher education and a national symbol of modernization.

Spanning over 100,000 square meters, the expo brings together nearly 700 enterprises and more than 1,000 universities, with an expected 50,000 offline attendees. The expo features commercial and specialty zones, including lab equipment, smart education, medical training, campus security, and international brands.

A talent matchmaking fair will offer over 10,000 job opportunities for 2025 graduates, with more than 300 top enterprises participating.

The official HEEC WeChat applet will be launched, allowing those unable to attend in person to explore the expo online.
