Jilin city has formulated a reasonable scientific construction plan, and is sparing no effort in promoting a number of projects that have huge potential and long-term benefits, with a particular focus on the fields of industry, service and infrastructure.

The city has implemented 393 projects worth more than 50 million yuan ($7.73 million), a year-on-year increase of 29 percent.

The total investment is 204.5 billion yuan ($31.6 billion), and the annual planned investment is 39.1 billion yuan ($6.04 billion), a year-on-year increase of 70 percent.

A total of 224 projects were started in the spring, an increase of 33 percent year-on-year, with 98 projects being worth over 50 million yuan ($7.73 million) having resumed work.
